The Plan B Advice Service
“I have been told on many, many occasions that buying wasn’t for most of these clients, but it was.”
My name is Ian Haughey, I help disabled people, and their families purchase homes, by advising and arranging mortgage finance. I have helped over 4,000 home buyers, spanning 17 years.
I have been told on many, many occasions, that buying wasn’t for most of these clients, but it was.
The people I help come from all backgrounds, across the whole of UK and Scotland, with many of them being on all different types of income, from state sickness benefits to child related benefits, pensions, self-employed income and many other income sources that are not from employed paid work.
Here are some of the income types that I work with every day:
- EESA (Employment support allowance)
- PIP (personal independent payment) – now Adult Disability Payment in Scotland
- DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
- Child benefit
- Scottish Child Payment
- Child and Working Tax Credits
- Scottish Child Payment
- Universal Credit
- Carers Allowance
- Kinship Carers Allowance
- Child Disability Payment or child related DLA
- State pension and Pension credit
- Private pension
And many more state benefits, and other non-standard income types and client profiles
I also work with like minded professionals, who deliver a tailored service for disabled people and their families, with as many appointments as you need, to get it right
